Because TikTok Shop expects you to hold the stock, we run it on the stock model.

How it works

  1. We research products that suit TikTok, check the brand, and work out the fees and any creator commission before you buy.

  2. You buy the stock. It comes to our warehouse in Leicester.

  3. We list it on your TikTok Shop.

  4. When an order comes in, we pack it, label it and send it with tracking. Orders in by 12 pm are sent the same day on working days.

  5. Buyers get answers, and returns come back to us in Leicester.

  • A video can sell a lot in a short time, so the stock needs to be on the shelf before it goes out.

Is dropshipping allowed on TikTok Shop?

TikTok Shop's UK rules expect you to hold the stock. You may only offer products you have the stock to fulfil, your stock must be stored in the UK, and UK orders ship from UK addresses, with returns accepted in the UK. That's why we run TikTok Shops from our Leicester warehouse.

How fast do orders have to go out?

TikTok asks UK sellers to pack each order, and create its shipping label, within two working days. Orders that reach us by 12 pm are sent the same day on working days.

Who can open a TikTok Shop in the UK?

UK sole traders aged 18 or over, and UK-registered companies. TikTok asks for ID, a UK address, and the address of the warehouse your stock ships from, with proof of that address.

Can creators sell my products?

Yes. Through TikTok Shop Affiliate, creators add your products to their showcase and promote them in videos or LIVE. You set the commission, and TikTok takes it off each sale they make and pays the creator.

What does TikTok Shop charge?

A commission on each completed order: 9% including VAT, or less in some categories. Orders you ship yourself also carry a "Shipped by Seller" service fee, charged once the order is delivered.
